Head of Sales
The National Sales Manager oversees the sales department in Australia and New Zealand including support staff, major customers and the surf and lifestyle team.
National Accounts Managers
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the three National Account Managers oversee national customers including pharmacy and major retail groups.
National Field Sales Manager
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the National Field Sales Manager oversees the Account Managers in Australia and New Zealand, and New Zealand customer groups.
Data Analyst reports to the National Sales Manager and oversees all trade marketing activities and category insights for the business.
Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, our national team of state based Account Managers consist of three in Victoria/Tasmania, three in New South Wales, three in Queensland, two in Western Australia and one in South Australia/Northern Territory.
New Zealand Sales Team
Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, our New Zealand Sales Team consists of three Account Managers covering both the North and South Island.
Account Managers & Field Automation
All our Account Managers are provided with Samsung Tablets. Orders are transmitted via GPRS. Products can be restricted to a group of customers, to a set delivery date period, and to a pre-determined order multiple.
Orders are authorised with a customer’s electronic signature. After transmission, a copy of the order is sent via email or fax to the customer with a copy on file to Frostbland. Order and invoice history, debtors information and customer notes are recorded for a sales representative to assist in making a sale.
Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, the Customer Service function is based in our head office and looks after all enquiries from customers.
